Justin Bieber, the Canadian artist and songwriter, has sold his 290-strong song catalogue for a reported $200 million (Tracey Boles writes). The acquisition of 100 per cent of Bieber’s publishing and artist royalties has been made by Hipgnosis Songs Capital, a partnership between Hipgnosis Song Mana
